Structure
Motivation
- Hong Kong operates under The Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (Traditional Chinese: 中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法) - a unique One Country, Two Systems model.
- The Basic Law was adopted on April 4, 1990 by the Seventh National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China, and went into effect on July 1, 1997 when this former colony of the United Kingdom was returned to the Motherland.
- Hong Kong is the world's freest economy.
Naming conventions
This WikiProject follows the established Chinese naming conventions.
