Deletion

Surely not even a candidate for speedy deletion? Please move to VfD if there's a problem with this article, but I'd vote to keep "the largest balloon convention in the world"... --Rlandmann 13:34, 20 Aug 2004 (UTC)

I agree. I have removed the delete tag; if people really want to delete it there's always VfD. Of course, the article name (International ballon fiesta) needs a bit of work.

I was disappointed with this article, though; I expected it to be about the International Balloon Fiesta in Barneveld... On google I find at least 2 more fiestas on the first page... Eugene van der Pijll 13:55, 20 Aug 2004 (UTC)

I added speedy delete because of the original misnamed page, and thus an assumption that there was probably already an article on the correct page (generally if a topic is notable enough to have a misnamed page about it, it's notable enough to already have a correctly named page about it) --Steinsky 14:11, 20 Aug 2004 (UTC)
