Excuse me but deleting my topic because it is not serious? Kimus Maximus is an accomplished online editor and I take offence by your denial to let me publish an article regarding him on the internet. You deleted it before I even had time to add my text to it. I will be talking to my friend about this (he is also an admin of Wikipedia) and I plan to follow this up, you have deeply offended me. I expect a reply to this message so we can sort something out. |

Sylvie Valayre page
Could you please tell me, why you have deleted all photos, which I have uploaded and for which I have spent some time?? I am in contact with Mrs. Valayre and the administrator of her homepage, www.sylvievalayre.com, who holds the copyrights for all photos I have uploaded and who gave me the permission to use them for the wikipedia site. Please write me back on lohengrin222@yahoo.de

pleas i am serious about wiki though new and is still learning how to use it. this place is one of the poorest regions in the world. called bastar in india. there are currently very few articles in wiki about the region, i was hoping to build upon from here. its so unfortunate that you decided to delete them.

Followup to a message you sent me on my talk page... Please take an opportunity to reply if you would. -- KirinX 17:24, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
OH, one last thing: Check your reverts completely before doing so, you removed a perfectly LEGITIMATE photo I uploaded, PLUS you put back in some vandalism that I removed with my edit. Another user has since removed it (the vandalism), but you should be more observant. Thanks. -- KirinX 17:28, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
== AfD of Stylah ==
Hi,
Just a heads-up; I'm copying this from my talk page for your attention. Thanks. —XhantarTalk 18:01, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
An editor has asked for a deletion review of Stylah. Since you closed the deletion discussion for this article or speedy-deleted it, you might want to participate in the deletion review. VictoryAfrika 16:48, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
I was told to put this on the talkpage of the administrator who deleted my page named, Stylah. If I done something wrong, tell what it is, if not please go to deletion review and UNDELETE my page please. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by VictoryAfrika (talk • contribs)
- Hi VictoryAfrika,
- I think there is some confusion here. I am not an admin, nor did I delete the Stylah article. I simply responded to your request for help and explained that the article was deleted, pointing to the archived AfD. I see the article was deleted again on 12:47, 6 February 2007 by Jimfbleak (see [1] for the logs). The comment he used was: article about a person, group of people, band, club, company or website that does not assert the importance or significance of the subject. (CSD A7). I'll also post this message on Jimfbleak's talk page. You can contact him here. However, I see he is on a wikibreak for the rest of February, so it might be a better idea to contact the admin that deleted the article the first time around (Can't sleep, clown will eat me - contact him here).
It's Fattdoggy I have a problem

questions on rosie Collier page
I noted that someone recently placed a entry under my wife's name that has been taken down. she has been receiving harrassing phonecalls because of a letter to the editor she wrote this week. i was trying to determine how the unlisted number was located when i found the entry. questions; if need be, can it be determined who posted the page? is a cached view of what was posted avaliable? Unspecified source for Image:Littlebittern43.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Littlebittern43.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 12:52, 12 February 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Siebrand 12:52, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

why did you delete my page?
hi i was wondering why you deleted the page Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. i don't see any difference with her page and Isa Chandra Moskowitz from Vegan with a Vengence/Post Punk Kitchen. pretty much the same format. can you please explain it to me.
thanks,

Why the protected page? He's not a highly important actor but he has been fairly prominent in a few successful films. I couldn't find an AfD... can you explain? I don't want to remove the protection without understanding better. gren グレン 14:03, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
why deleted my ESA-licensed pics ???
can you tell me what else should i do not to get this public-ESA-pics deleted __????
rusocer
ESA pics- more
hi. several pooints:
1. for each image, i included: - the ESA license-disclaimer tag {ESA-multimedia}} (used in other ESA wiki-entrries, and not deleted in that case) - the link to ESA site where it was piked up
2. for eache image i choose "the copyright holder gave me permission to use this image for wikipedia only (educational, knowledge distribution etc) , so if u delete it coz i choose this item, its completely contradictory, coz the item says, the image is precisely apt to be used in wiki (not public license, not someone puting it in his book and selling the book etc)
so, before wasting more of my time on uploading valid images and get them deleted, tell me what tags/items should i select
i work in Mars Express at ESA, and they way i see it, this attitude is not encouraging people to contribute to wiki
best regards
ok, u wont delete them again, but someone else will ? i just see someone deleted one of Venus Express !! . so whats the trick ? i got some pdfs deleted too, some papers we published and uploaded
cheers
ok i think i got it
hi check MArs Express entry, i uploaded 2 images with tag {fairusein|European Space Agency}} i think is the correct tag isnt ?
cheers
Why do you want to delete the page Loober?
I've already had a disussion with GTBacchus about this page and he told me that if the page is structured similarily to other pages on the subject-which it was-then it should be ok. I haven't finished editing it and was going to add more information about the company that created the product and the product itself
Compact Disc logos
RE: 09:11, 3 February 2007 Jimfbleak deleted "Compact Disc logos" (non-enc)
Your deletion resulted in several logo images (painfully created and uploaded by me) being orphaned and deleted. Would it be OK for me to put (and thus preserve) these logos in a new "Logos" section of the (say) Compact Disc article (or any other more appropriate place for preservation)?
If so, is there any way to recover the page you deleted and/or the orphaned and deleted logo images to save me a huge amount of work in recreating them? The orphaned and deleted logo images are: [SNIP]
For future reference, I think it would have been an appropriate courtesy to notify me of your deletion -- I had no idea what was happening until after the images were deleted and I happened to notice their entries on my Talk page. Not being a Wikipedia expert, it then took me a great deal of effort to find out what happened to my article page.
Thanks. --John Navas 19:43, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- UPDATE: Thank you for restoring my material! See the new Compact_disc#Logos section I created. --John Navas 22:42, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Gettin' A Kick Out Of Truth
Jimfbleak,
Regarding my article, "Gettin' A Kick Out Of Truth"... What The Warren Commission Missed and your deletion of it, some years back I forwarded the article in question to the "Dallas History" site and they have acknowledged my name. It was posted on February 9th, 2001 at 9:17 AM. If you do a Google search on Mike Regan, TSBD, you will find it at dallashistory.org. Alongside a few other web-sites, including one from France, who expressed interest in the article and posted it with my permission. The article is also copyrighted in my name (Also in 2001) but, having since moved to a different address, I am having trouble locating the certificate. Hopefully, you will both bear with me and be assured that I will notify you when the certificate is found. An additional hope is that you will understand that I am a bit new at moving about your fine web-site and will forgive any short comings on my part. Thanks.....
With Sincerest Of Regards, Mike Regan
Do you mean you have an image of Podocarpus falcatus, the tree? It can go in Afrocarpus falcatus in the taxobox. Please do! KP Botany 22:25, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
- Nice--thanks! Not something we get a lot of in Wikipedia, African flora or fauna in native habitat. They need formatted within the article, though, but I will ask the guy who formats most of my pictures to make 'em look tidy, as I don't do that well. Tree of Life page is fine for all future questions about where to put something, but you can also go to the Wikiproject Plants discussion page when it's a plant, and that might be faster at times. Either one, though, if ToL is more convenient for you. Thank you, and take more! KP Botany 07:19, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- You'll just have to go back, then. Let me know before you go so I can place my orders! KP Botany 07:26, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

- Well although it didn't technically air as part of SGC2C, it was broadcast afterwards, so I guess I shouldn't have technically said it was unaired. Please undelete and do what you wish (if that happens to be an AfD). :: Zachary Hauri (T C E) 11:52, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

Hi, you speedy deleted the page Kap po kap. While this is understandable from looking at this page only, I think it was in error when you look at all the related pages about the artists and her albums (which were all nominated for speedy by the same person). The artist is claimed to have been named "Bosnian singer of the year", and her latest album has been claimed in the article to have topped the Bosnian charts. If those are true, then it would be reasonable to hae articles about all studio albums this artist has made, even if one or more of them are in itself not successful. I have not reverted your speedy, but I think it may be better to undo the deletion and to either let the articles be, or to put them on AfD to check if the claims to notability are truthful or not (I have no idea about that; there are Google hits for the artists and different album titles, even a few for Kap po Kap, but I don't speak Bosnian and I think they may normally use Cyrillic, making a search a bit harder). 11:49, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Option (company)
I see you deleted Option article. Let me say it was a fully legitimate article although it sure need to be improved. It has a great turnover and many important clients like Siemens. There are only two or three company in the world that already ships HSUPA. Other identical companies are already in Wikipedia: Novatel Wireless, Sierra Wireless, Huawei. Please restore it or let me know what's the matter. Thanks. Armando82 12:14, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
