Plum Coulee (49°11′22″N 97°45′25″W / 49.18944°N 97.75694°W) is a community located in Manitoba, Canada. It is west of Altona, one hour southwest of Winnipeg and half an hour from the United States border.
Plum Coulee Development
Although Plum Coulee has only the population of 800 there is much land development occurring. Plum Coulee's well maintained roadways and public works throughout the town combine with today's digital technologies to allow any new resident or business full access to big city amenities with all the financial and personal benefits of small town living. Working with local land owners, the Town of Plum Coulee has developed a long range zoning plan that can accommodate new industrial partners, commercial ventures and private residents.
