Air Srpska was the official flag carrier airline of Republika Srpska, an entity of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company was founded by Jat Airways and government of Republika Srpska. It started scheduled operations on 29 January 1999 with a flight from Banja Luka to Belgrade. The company ceased all operations in 2003 after Jat Airways decided to withdraw from the airline. Officially, it still exist as a company but it's unlikely that it will ever fly again.

The Republika Srpska government has announced a new airline, Sky Srpska, possibly created from Air Srpska, to be officially launched in late 2008. Information regarding the airline is scarce, however it is expected that the airline will operate at all destinations that Air Srpska and other regional flights flew to.
