Palay Khan, or Palay Shah belong from a "Pashtun" tribe of Kakar was a freedom fighter and Chief of freedom fighters' group, which fought against the British Raj, in 1930s, at Balochistan, Pakistan. Ethnically, he was Khosti a sub tribe of Kakar Pashtun from Killi Khostyan District Zhob of Baloshistan province, then the Baluchistan, a Commissionerate Province.
