The Out & Equal Workplace Awards
The Out & Equal Workplace Awards or "The Outies" are awards given by Out & Equal Workplace Advocates annually at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit. The Outies recognize the most significant achievements in LGBT workplace equality and are given in five different categories, with two recognizing individuals and three recognizing organizations.
