The 2013 World Women's Handball Championship, the 21st event hosted by the International Handball Federation, will be held in Serbia in December, 2013.[1] South Korea was the other applicant for this championship. The decision to select Serbia as the host was announced 2 October 2010.

Five venues in four cities have been selected to host the matches:[1]
