OER inquiry

Hi Malpaso, I'm sending you this message because you're one of about 300 users who have recently edited an article in the umbrella category of open educational resources (OER) (or open education). In evaluating several projects we've been working on (e.g. the WIKISOO course and WikiProject Open), my colleague Pete Forsyth and I have wondered who chooses to edit OER-related articles and why. Regardless of whether you've taken the WIKISOO course yourself - and/or never even heard the term OER before - we'd be extremely grateful for your participation in this brief, anonymous survey before 27 April. I don't understand why I am blocked from making changes to the Kissinger page. Every time I made changes to the page TheTimesAreAChanging reverted to his version without justification. Why is he not being blocked. In the Talk section I started to justify my changes but TTAAC kept reverting my edits with no justification. If you look at my edits they are all sourced. Some of the sources are: Robert Dallek, one of the foremost American historians; Kenneth Maxwell, Professor at Harvard at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies"; Gary J. First, you reverted at least five times. Second, TTAAC reverted twice. Third, you were not edit-warring only against TTAAC but also against an IP. It's obvious from the comments that it is the same user. "whatever you think of your sources, your editing violated WP:BLP in a number of ways." Please explain what that means? It's pretty clear that TTAAC reverted more than three times coming off a different IP. His footprints are all over this. I am beginning to understand how this works. He is a master at this. Hats off to Kissinger for planting a guy to keep his web page clean. Hats off to you also TTAAC.
