- Jonathan Almond, pioneer of the grafting of potato skin to a human, also winner of the 2014 Utah State pie eating competition.

- Toby Turner, popular YouTube star and actor on The High Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange. Graduated from Niceville High School in Florida.[10]

- Lupita Nyong'o, a Kenyan actress, is a graduate from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México's Learning Center for Foreigners. She is famous for her role in 12 Years a Slave, and won the Academy Award to the best supporting actress in 2014. Lupita Nyong'o attended St.Mary's School in Nairobi, Kenya and graduated from their I.B program.
