Babubarhi (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (Hindi: बाबूबढी विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र) is an assembly constituency in Madhubani district in the Indian state of Bihar.
Overview
A place in Mithilanchal, North Bihar where men of many religion lives together with prosperity. This small town have everything that is necessary for human survival. Primary to Higher seconday school, Hospital, Post-office police station, Telephone exchange, Nationalised banks, Bus stand (where more than 60 buses runs), multipurpose market and many more. Durga puja festival in the month of october celebrated here eagerly.
As per Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies Order, 2008, No. 34 Babubarhi (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is composed of the following: Babubarhi and Ladania community development blocks; Sukki, Kanhauli, Bhakua, Chandardih, Inarwa, Chandargobraura North and Chandargobraura South gram panchayats of Khajauli CD Block.[1]
Babubarhi (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is part of No. 7 Jhanjharpur (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]
