Dear Vermont, thank you for having checked an article about [[Izidorius Pocius]] that I created yesterday. May I ask you what else should be changed in the article so that it does not seem biased, or does it look neutral now? I also tried to work out with the quotation, as apparently there is no information about this personality in English, only in Lithuanian and other language, so the current condition might still be deemed unsatisfactory. New Years new page backlog drive
Announcing the NPP New Year Backlog Drive!
We have done amazing work so far in December to reduce the New Pages Feed backlog by over 3000 articles! Now is the time to capitalise on our momentum and help eliminate the backlog!
The backlog drive will begin on January 1st and run until January 29th. Prize tiers and other info can be found HERE.
Awards will be given in tiers in two categories:
- The total number of reviews completed for the month.
- The minimum weekly total maintained for all four weeks of the backlog drive.
NOTE: It is extremely important that we focus on quality reviewing. Despite our goal of reducing the backlog as much as possible, please do not rush while reviewing.

J-TV: The Global Jewish Channel
Hi,
Last month you left this comment on the page I've been working on.
'References are needed that show the subject's notability, not just that it exists. The only reference not from the subject is about the founder. A lot of the information here remains unsourced. The article should be mostly rewritten to comply with WP:NPOV guidelines about promotional content. In short, there's still a lot of work to be done.'
The issue is that the nature of the page is that the majority of the information is either only available on our own Youtube page or cannot be verified at all because J-TV is a YouTube channel.
How do i work around that? Also, what do you mean by notability? — Preceding unsigned comment added by SammyNassimi (talk • contribs) 13:54, 8 January 2018 (UTC)

Pending changes reviewer granted
Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.
Being granted reviewer rights neither grants you status nor changes how you can edit articles. If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time.

my edit on Office Olympics
I listed the name of Kevin and Oscar's game as hateball because the article previously referred to Toby's game by name and I wanted it to be consistent. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.9.183.215 (talk) 18:32, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
- Fixed. Sorry for my error. Adotchar| reply here 18:47, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

do you want the article to look like an advertisement? screw you — Preceding unsigned comment added by 111.95.101.187 (talk) 04:48, 21 January 2018 (UTC) cocksucker
- Thank you for contacting me about this. The article does look a bit like an advertisement, and please be sure to use edit summaries in the future to avoid confusion. Please be aware that going to someone's talk page and using the language you did is a good way to get blocked if you were a registered user. It's much better to discuss topics civilly, as behind every edit is a person completing it who has the ability to reason and be reasoned with. AMDON
Hi, I've been working with User:Mean_as_custard as he tagged the page as promotional and I've removed most part of it to make it less promotional entry. Could you help me redo the revert? Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nay9a (talk • contribs) 11:31, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you for contacting me about this. I've undone my revert. Next time, please use edit summaries, as when you remove large amounts of sourced text it can be mistaken for vandalism. Happy editing! Adotchar| reply here 11:35, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- @Nay9a:. The article will probably be deleted soon per G11. If you want to continue editing it, I recommend you create a draft, or move it to a draft so that you can work on the article. Adotchar| reply here 11:41, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you for your suggestion and revert. I believe I can't change back to draft once published. I will do that on my next articles. Cheers! Nay9a (talk) 23:10, 22 January 2018 (UTC)

Jane Bonham Carter
Please refrain from reinstating the changes I am making to her Wiki page. I have been authorised by Jane to make the changes. Tim Razzall — Preceding unsigned comment added by Timrazzall (talk • contribs) 11:45, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- @Timrazzal:. Thank you for your WP:COI admission. No, you cannot remove the controversy section. Judging from your username and edit history, you are affiliated with the subject of the article and therefore your edits to it would be and are influenced by your biases. Please read the note I left on your talk page.Adotchar| reply here 11:52, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
Page mover granted
Hello, Adotchar. Your account has been granted the "extendedmover" user right, either following a request for it or demonstrating familiarity with working with article names and moving pages. You are now able to rename pages without leaving behind a redirect, and move subpages when moving the parent page(s).
Please take a moment to review Wikipedia:Page mover for more information on this user right, especially the criteria for moving pages without leaving redirect. Please remember to follow post-move cleanup procedures and make link corrections where necessary, including broken double-redirects when suppressredirect
is used. This can be done using Special:WhatLinksHere. It is also very important that no one else be allowed to access your account, so you should consider taking a few moments to secure your password. As with all user rights, be aware that if abused, or used in controversial ways without consensus, your page mover status can be revoked.
Useful links:
- Wikipedia:Requested moves
- Category:Articles to be moved, for article renaming requests awaiting action.
If you do not want the page mover right anymore, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Thank you, and happy editing! TonyBallioni (talk) 01:56, 24 January 2018 (UTC)

Hard to find sources
Hey sorry if my articles are short, it's really hard to find information since google can't find good results anymore, cheers!
- @Roundearth:. Okay! Remember, you can always make it in a draft first (like what I moved it to) then, once you find sources, move it to the mainspace. Finding references may be hard, but it is needed to ensure that Wikipedia is as accurate as it can be. Also, please remember to sign your posts with ~~~~. Have a good day, and happy editing!
