"Tell Me It's Over" is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne, released as the second single from her album Head Above Water on December 12, 2018.[1] It follows the album's lead single, "Head Above Water".[2]
Promotion
Lavigne posted the cover art and announced the release date on her social media on December 5.[1] She had previously posted pictures from the video accompanied by the line "Cause it don't feel like it's over whenever you’re closing the door".[1]

The cover art features a black-and-white photograph of Lavigne sitting cross-legged on the floor, with her name in pink being the only colour in the image.[1]
