Article about Cybernations

It has over 30,000 users, and more than 1 million nations made. The site is found at cybernations.net, and has many links from other sites to it. I would like to know the chances of this being deleted if we made an article about it. Jeff503 22:59, 4 December 2006 (UTC) RE: When you say " I'd suggest you read the article Micronation first" what do you mean exactly? It is a game, like NS, not a RL micro project. Stephen Garcia page is notable

I personally think that the Stephen Garcia page is notable because it describes a valid college prospect who is thinking of playing at South Carolina. Having this page available would allow South Carolina Gamecock fans to learn about the prospect easily through Wikipedia.

How to improve

OK thanks for the pointers. Doubt we'll get media coverage but I'll get back to you as soon as we do! T

FRUSTRATED! I guess I need to start over

Kinda rude to get bumped in the middle of fixing an article, but I've heard that about wikipedia. I guess the article was deleted on the off chance that somebody just might be searching this site for an obscure reference I just happen to be writing about at the same time. I also guess that somebody has to be the rude one or else they'd let anybody contribute here. I promise I'll do my homework nest time. Job well done.--Micktissue 03:39, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome

Keep up the lovely work. I hope to be active as soon as I can get some computer issues straightened out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jeff503 (talkcontribs)

Golodomor redirect

Might I ask why did you delete the important redirect which is a Russian translit of the name. Please don't do that. --Kuban Cossack 13:38, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Block of 209.139.133.90

Hello, Could you please tell me how long this IP is blocked for, so I can add the appropriate template? It looks like you blocked the IP. Thanks --Bezking 21:09, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

speedy of Wikipedia:Catholic Encyclopedia cat Euro Dioceses

Neither you nor DB placer indicated which of the 3 kinds of specific G7 situation applied, nor how its situation is "like" those three. (And i was reverting to pre-tagged version w/ invalid tags.} IMO your action is blatantly out of process and should be remedied by

  1. undeletion, or
  2. retroactively attaching further info to the deleted revisions; this could be done by either undeleting, or creating a new dummy under the title, and in either case then deleting that w/ summary providing the needed info.

What is wrong with my Okanogan County Commando page, who decides what is important? Charlie Yusi

has recreated the Twilight material yet again at Twilight A.K.A. Tha Futcha. You might like to sort this out. Best, Moreschi 10:01, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion?

What was wrong with that article that has been deleted —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Stone not Wood house (talkcontribs) 14:18, 3 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

The Geo(Geography) Elite

Is there a valid reason to why this has been deleted ?? It is an appropriate page in relation to Geography and Belmont Academy. By my estimation this does not constitue either vandalism or an invalid article. Addmclean 14:00, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I intentionally did not undelete the history. Let the spam and the copyvio (which there is) stay deleted, I think... - crz crztalk 17:21, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your warnings to User:Stathis Psaltis

Hi, you're certainly right that this new user needs quite a bit of monitoring, but I think your warning over An de kans, hans was a bit exaggerated. Sure, that page breaches "WP:NOT a crystal ball", but a newbie isn't necessarily supposed to know that, is he? That one, just like Spirtokouto, actually looked like good-faith article attempts to me. Fut.Perf. 17:22, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Anti vandalism is good, anti fun is not.

Was there any reason why you deleted the prooof article on type mismatches ?, It was a trial page - wouldn't it be reasonable to make such a page ? instead of getting the search page when you make a common typing mistake, you get a page with a link to what you were probably looking for. Apart from that it is a legitimate wiki article about a common typing mistakes. There was no harmful content and no disinformation. There was ONE humorous line written(a stub...you can't help....) - you could have deleted that single line and not the whole article. You can leave an answer in my page if you're interested. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Eshywiki (talkcontribs) 19:31, 6 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Your revert of my CSD nomination

I'm putting it back, because the article [1] is in the (Main) namespace. I've added this information to the talk page of that article. -- Cat Whisperer

Am I Confused?

I've seen CSD tags being used on User/Talk pages. What's wrong with G8? I think I've seen them used before there. -WarthogDemon 20:00, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I did not appreciate the undeletion of River City People. At best it is improper to delete an article to mainspace without a WP:DRV. If you wanted to delete it without due process you should have undeleted to userspace and then moved to mainspace when it was properly attended to. —— Eagle (ask me for help) 20:29, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry -- I thought it was pretty clear that it satisfied WP:MUSIC, and the old version was only posted for about six minutes while I was editing. But from now on, I will do the editing before restoring in such situations. NawlinWiki 20:32, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Process is there for a reason, if you feel so strongly, do nominate it. (to WP:DRV). Also, If you wanted to delete it without due process you should have undeleted to userspace and then moved to mainspace when it was properly attended to. —— Eagle (ask me for help) 20:37, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there, thanks for catching and fixing the typo on that page's title. Much appreciated! -- Jonel | Speak 21:20, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Myth (warez) - why is it not notable?

I wanted to expand on this category http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Warez_groups and this list List_of_Warez_Groups.

My intention was to add at least Myth, Origin, Paradigm and Divine. Myth is just as notable as for instance Class. The article on Class does in fact mention Myth as the most important rival. Likewise the article on DEViANCE mentions DiViNE.

Furthermore, it was my intention to add an article on "ripping" (which is the core-business of Class, Myth, Razor 1911 etc.). And possibly expand on other aspects of The Scene.

I suppose I'll just try again, and add at least one external link :-) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Merix (talkcontribs) 21:48, 8 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

The Richard Bull article has been fixed back

I returned the article back into it's original state. Sorry, for the confusion about the musician article. Red Director 23:04, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
