Please outline what exactly what you wish me to do and kindly provide instructions. I do not find an area on the Broward County Library page to do this. Also, my contributions are already gone. I have disclosed that I am an employee of Broward County Library several times. Similar comments from multiple sources are being received throughout the day. I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on Viva Records (Philippines). I do not think that Viva Records (Philippines) fits any of the speedy deletion criteria  because Publishing multiple notable (blue-linked) artists and albums is a claim of significance. Regarding my submission- UTV vs 1337x. (CS(COMM) 724/2017)

Dear Sir, I hope my message finds you well and healthy. I was hoping to clarify that the case that I have summarised in my edits is a fairly landmark decision by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, India. The significance of the case lies in the fact that the Delhi High Court has become the first court in the country to have exercised their inherent power under the Civil Procedure Code and have moulded the remedy. The Delhi High Court usually awards injunctions for blocking of the entire website rather than dynamic injunctions.

In order to address your concerns regarding the websites linked in the article- I have removed the blogs that I had earlier cited and have replaced them with the links to the official texts of the cases itself. Hi @Palyndrome: WP:CASES is the notability policy for court cases, your article has to pass at least 1 to get over the notability hump. Point 1 is 'It is the subject of a reasoned opinion of the highest court in a legal jurisdiction.', the Delhi High Court is not the highest court, the Supreme Court of India is, therefore your draft fails point 1. Point 2 is 'It has set a legal precedent that is formally binding (in common law systems) or practically binding (as is generally the case with decisions of the highest courts in civil law systems).', upon a bit of Googling, I found this which indeed does seem to indicate that the case does set legal precedent.

However, you may have seen the comments from @DESiegel: that explains that you require secondary sources, either published legal analysis by legal scholars or experts, or published news coverage of the case, or both. @JUM100!: First of all, please don't put your whole message in a heading, I've fixed it now. Second, what is your connection to Jump Global, do you work for them? Third, I think this is a case of WP:TOOSOON as I cannot see any reliable secondary sources that are not press releases which talk about the company. I don't think the company will get a Wikipedia article just yet. Forth, have you got a source for 'Olympic athlete Ali Gibson will lead as Jump's Chief of Staff, and former NFL star Walter Thurmond has been named Managing Director of Operations.', as I somehow doubt those people would be joining an IT company - Rich^T|C|E-Mail 15:27, 19 June 2020 (UTC)

Premature G13 nominations

Hi! You've nominated a good number of drafts for deletion under WP:G13 when they had not been free of human edits for six months or more; I've declined several of them. I'm sure you're trying to help, but prematurely G13-nominating a page that has been edited by a real human in the last six months kind of has the opposite result – it gives the draft an extra six months of life. It'd probably be better if you only nominated for deletion drafts that verifiably have had no human edit in the preceding six months. The other is an a journal Article by Divij Joshi published by OXFORD Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice, 2019. The title of the article indicates the importance of this judgement in the context of Indian copyright law on injunctions. I am afraid that this article is not open access.

@VTziortzis: if you are Vladimiros Tziortzis, please have a read of WP:REALNAME, we just want to make sure nobody is impersonating you. The other warning is just in case one of your team staff was editing using your name on your behalf (which is against policy), however if you are editing the article yourself, then that is fine. Your article is still in the review queue and will be gotten to at some point. Problems

• There are some new tools to make it easier for newcomers to start editing. They are available on some wikis. These wikis had a problem with the visual editor for a short period of time last week. This was because of a bug in the new tools. It was soon fixed. [1]
• Some user scripts and gadgets stopped working because of a change to CSS selectors. .vectorTabs should be replaced with .vector-menu-tabs to fix this. [2]

Changes later this week

• The developers are working on a new interface to solve edit conflicts on talk pages. This will be released on 24 June. You can give feedback. [3]
• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 23 June. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 24 June. It will be on all wikis from 25 June (calendar).

Future changes

• A temporary fix helped wikis make their main pages more mobile friendly. This was in 2012. It has not been recommended since 2017. It will not work after 13 July. Wikis should use TemplateStyles instead. 91 wikis still need to fix this. You can read more and see if your wiki is affected. [4]

Re: Ron Thompson 2019 photograph is not in copyright violation. As Ron Thompson's manager and Power of Attorney, the photograph in question was taken by Paulo Machado, my employee of which I have been given full control of photographs taken by Mr. Machado, of Ron Thompson.

@Sassy blue1:, we cannot take that information from here as we cannot confirm who you say you are. In relation to the WP:FFU request, photos from Facebook cannot be accepted as there is no licence showing they are released under a free licence, unless a non-free rational is filled out. In relation to the Commons image, same problem, Commons cannot accept it. @Truecomputerman: First thing, please sign your message using four tildes, ~~~~. Second you would need to declare your COI, please read WP:PAID and enact its requirements before going any further. Third, 3/4 of those articles are interviews which are no good for establishing notability. Please see WP:SINGER, KRISTII must meet at least one of those criteria in order to be deemed notable.
