According to [https://www.mtlblog.com/news/canada/qc/montreal/montreals-abandoned-empress-theatre-will-transform-into-a-new-venue-and-affordable-housing MTL blog] and the [https://montrealgazette.com/business/local-business/real-estate/decrepit-empress-theatre-set-to-be-redeveloped-into-mixed-use-facility Montreal Gazette], the site will be transformed into housing. These articles appeared at the same time as the CTV News article cited saying it will be demolished.

Unclear if the theatre will be actually demolished or actually transformed

According to MTL blog and the Montreal Gazette, the site will be transformed into housing. These articles appeared at the same time as the CTV News article cited saying it will be demolished.

Should this ambiguity be stated on the main page?
