Keep He founded and was CEO of a publicly traded comic book company. IDW became the fourth largest comic book publisher in the United States. The biggest are Marvel and DC. Many of his titles became tv shows and major motion pictures. His company created comics for Star Trek, CSI, Transformers and Disney (Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.) Also created comic books for Hasbro and video game makers Sega and Electronic Arts. Also he was part of the movement of smaller comic book companies that contributed groundbreaking television content. Without such companies, there wouldn’t be series such as The Walking Dead. He didn’t produce that show but he was part of that movement that changed television. NYTimes and LA Times articles show notability to me.Miaminsurance (talk) 19:51, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- A couple other points. One is that he founded the company which has a significant page. I know notability isn't inherited but shouldn't a guy who starts and runs a major company get some of the credit for its notability? Second is that a search on Deadline Hollywood, a reliable source in the entertainment field according to Wikipedia, finds more than 60 mentions of him. Another search on Hollywood Reporter, another reliable source in the entertainment field finds more than 100 mentions. So, he has not been profiled but he has been mentioned in reliable outlets more than 160 times. Carries weight for me.Miaminsurance (talk) 19:22, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  - Comment: asking whether he should "get some of the credit" to my mind shows a complete misunderstanding of what Wikipedia is. A Wikipedia article has absolutely nothing to do with giving "credit", or any other benefit, to anything or anybody: it summarises what reliable independent sources have said, good or bad, and that is all. If the subject gains or loses "credit" from what those sources say, so will they from the Wikipedia article, but that is, from Wikipedia's viewpoint, entirely incidental. --ColinFine (talk) 23:09, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- Where is the WP:SIGCOV of Adams? The sources in the article are either primary (Southern Oregon University), or trivial, covering the normal business activities (starting businesses, stepping down, about IDW activities). SailingInABathTub (talk) 20:23, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
