Stop icon This is your only warning; if you remove or change other editors' legitimate talk page comments again, as you did at Template talk:Bit and byte prefixes, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Tarl N. (discuss) 04:48, 28 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
@Tarl N.: I did not remove any talk page contents. This is the original version of the talk page way back in 2005 [1], which later editors subsequently separated by people inserting comments with new sections sepearting the "See Also" from the initial section matter. I reattached the separated see also section to its original portion, and placed that at the top of the page, where it should be as it was when it should be chronologically. This version of the talk page is clearly template documentation, as it predates the template documentation system, and old templates have documentation on their talk pages. I did not delete any talk page comments. -- 65.93.183.191 (talk) 08:02, 28 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps you need to look more carefully at your edits. Looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template_talk:Bit_and_byte_prefixes&diff=1030806884&oldid=1030806495], I see you modifying a header, adding text, and signing someone else's name to it. I have no idea what you intended to do, but that's unacceptable. Tarl N. (discuss) 02:17, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Tarl N.: perhaps you should examine what user Woodstone added to the talk page on 28 September 2009 [2] Which is why tehre is a signature added to that section. It is the content that was added on that date. -- 65.93.183.191 (talk) 06:01, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Read WP:TALK. It is not up to you to fix mistakes you think someone made in a talk page. Period. Tarl N. (discuss) 06:22, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Tarl N.: I added a signature. True, I modified the title of the section, but that isn't barred by the talk page guidelines. I restored the comment to the content it had when it was posted, when I added the signature, which is consistent with Restoration: to restore comments vandalized or accidentally edited or deleted by others. and Attributing unsigned comments: If a comment is unsigned you can find out, from the page history, who posted it and append attribution to it -- as to the talk page material from 2005, it is through Fixing layout errors: This could include moving a new comment from the top of a page to the bottom, adding a heading to a comment not having one that moved the 2006 comments after the 2005 see also, and clarifying the untitled 2005 section as what it is, documentation. -- 65.93.183.191 (talk) 06:29, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
