Untitled

The words quoted at the surrender ceremony by Admiral were first spoken by General of the Army Douglas MacArthur at the surrender of Japan in Tokyo Bay in 1945.

Removed the sentence in the episode summary that said "It is then that Cassidy and the rest of the crew realise that Sisko is physically dead." The episode did not specifically say that this happened. It was pretty vague and open to interpretation. Moreover, the articles on this episode at Startrek.com and Memory Alpha don't make any mention of it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.239.120.193 (talk) 22:14, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Signature of a Shapeshifter

Does anyone know what Salome Jens wrote when the Female Shapeshifter signed the surrender documents? If Shapeshifters don't have names or permanent "person-ness", she/it couldn't exactly write her/its name. So, what did actress Jens write? GBC (talk) 03:24, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reversion

S Doniago (talk · contribs) and I removed/reverted this content because it is uncited WP:OR. Posting this because another user asked for a talk-page explanation. --EEMIV (talk) 01:59, 29 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB user ratings

Please note that WP:USERGENERATED content, such from web based polls, is not allowed. This means that audiences scores from TV.com or IMDB should not be included in articles. MOS:TVRECEPTION specifically warns "that IMDb, TV.com, and similar websites that give "fan polls" are not reliable sources of information." -- 109.76.206.200 (talk) 18:11, 14 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I removed it but left the Screenrant article that referred indirectly to the IMDB scores.[1] -- 109.78.202.99 (talk) 22:54, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Alternative ending

Ira Behr allegedly wanted to end the show with it all be an idea in Benny Russel's mind, but the idea was rejected.[2] Might be worth mentioning in the Production section. -- 109.78.198.204 (talk) 03:24, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It seems to already be mentioned, and in more detail, though it's not clear to me whether the ending that's mentioned is the same idea ISB is alluding to in the linked interview. DonIago (talk) 04:28, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You're right. Same thing, different angle.
I'm not saying there isn't some possible version of that idea that isn't terrible but it sound only slightly less awful than setting it as a holodock episode. -- 109.78.198.204 (talk) 00:37, 25 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
