- If you are here to complain about something I deleted could you please tell me the name of the article that you are talking about. If you do I will respond but if you don't I will ignore you.

Snow gauge Image
Hello. My name is Lee. We spoke recently about your snow gauge image and I was hoping to arrange permission for use with you. I sent you an email from my work email address, but just wanted to check in since your page says that it might take a while to receive. Could you send me an email when you get a chance just so I know you received it? If it didn't get through, I am happy to resend. You may reply to the work email address I left, or to lee@leemichelsen.com. Thanks so much for your time and I look forward to your response.

Sweetfox.com deletion in Sept 2006
Hello,
It's been awhile. We where deleted because of not having enough impact. After month of working with the community and artists we would like to respectfully resubmit our article. We have been mentioned in several local magazines, the latest has can be found here: http://www.skorchmagazine.com/07-Feb/maghtm.asp?1=58&2=59 Thank you for your time.
Original Message: [edit] Sweetfox Please reand through Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion especially Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#A7, Wikipedia:Deletion policy and especially Wikipedia:Notability (companies and corporations). Thanks. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 04:25, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
No you don't have to be as big as ebay but you do have to have some sort of impact. Can you provide some sort of sources? An newspaper report or a online mention from a respected site (not somebodys blog) or something like that? CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 04:32, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
Isfahan International Airport
Thanks for adding the infobox to Isfahan International Airport back in July. After MikeHunt35 subsequently shortened one runway length by ten feet (and that edit was questioned), I checked the details at the World Aero Data linked in the article, which confirmed the shorter length for both runways -- so it's possible someone had rounded 4,397 meters to an even 4,400 meters, overstating the length. The elevation was also slightly different. I've edited the infobox to use the World Aero Data figures, on the theory that no pilot will crash if the runway's longer than he expects, but even just ten feet shorter might be a problem. Since I don't know what source you used originally, may I ask you to doublecheck it, and possibly find a third source for additional support of one or the other set of figures? Please feel free to undo my changes and MikeHunt35's if it turns out your first source was right and World Aero Data was wrong. I won't edit-war with you; I'd just like to be sure we've got either the solidly determined figures or else the safer (more conservative) ones in the article. Thanks! Ben 08:13, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Re: Super Twins
Indeed, it must have been an accident. A user had removed the AfD, and so I attempted to restore it. Guess I messed it up somehow. Sorry! -- P.B. Pilhet / Talk 22:53, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
RE: Jo-Beth Casey
But I thought if its removal wasn't justified in either the talk page or edit summary, or if no major edits took place, you could restore it. ♣ Klptyzm Chat wit' me § Contributions ♣ 17:35, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
- Ok, I understand, but there are so many other pages similar to this one (Jo-Beth Casey), and, knowing that they are not notable for article creation, I found it more convenient to prod them instead of wasting time with an AfD discussion. But, like you said, I guess if it's removed, I can't repost it. ♣ Klptyzm Chat wit' me § Contributions ♣ 22:44, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Changes to categories I added
Hello. I reviewed some of my contributions from yesterday and I noticed that you removed some of the categories I placed. I've been working in the Arctic Ocean area, primarily categorizing and adding a few geographic details to articles (when they are missing some very obvious facts only). Most of the ones you removed were related to Baffin Island. I'm thinking that you might have some wisdom to share with me, and I'm open to your feedback about how I can categorize better. Anything you'd like to share with me? CRKingston 16:20, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for taking the time to give me such specific feedback. I'm going to take some time and digest it all. And thanks for the pat on the back. I do loving working on WP and try to do really good work. CRKingston 00:50, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Re: Ulcinj Airport
Please do not restore prod tags to articles after they have been removed. If you look at Wikipedia:Proposed deletion especially the section called Conflicts you will see that the tag should not be restored no matter what. Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 14:34, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- I am aware of that. Since the person who removed it did not mention any disagreement about the tag being there whatsoever (he "corrected" the reason) i thought, wrong, that it would not be inappropriate. It won't happen again, thanks for the heads-up. - - 'twsx'talk'cont' 21:56, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
Hello
Thanks for protecting my edit. While new to WP, I like to clean up vandalism as well, and note that you seem to have a knack for finding it. How do you do that? As well, would I be correct in assuming that after a given amount of time, uncited info from the Nancy Reagan article should be deleted? I have already purged a Header in the talk section about Lawford's third-hand account of nancy davis' pre-Ronnie rep. Not a very reliable source, and keeping it in Talk allowed for the rumor to sink in peripherally. I don't like Nancy Reagan, and her husband and his policies even less, but everyone deserves a fair shake (except maybe for Karl Rove, and the Smurfs - god they creep me out).Arcayne 23:31, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
Ghost Online
Seriously, it doesn't say anything after reading the guidelines about Fan Sites, so I added them, most other MMORPG pages have them as well, is there really a problem with it? You call it advertising, but these websites all have much more information than the official site, and on top of this, they also serve as forums for those who play to engage in seeing as there is no official forum, for mGO atleast, which is the most popular version as it is english.
The global version should also be taken down as a link, seeing as it isn't out, or atleast something put there.
Unless you plan on adding all the information that these sites have readily available to Wikipedia, than I suggest it easier to simply leave the sites up. Pyrofyr 21:34, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Regarding the Deletion of an Entry on a Writer ~ Ms. Mari Adkins
Dear CambridgeBay Weather, wiki user ~
Recently, I found out that you had deleted an entry in the Wikipedia, on a professional dark fiction writer, who is also a professional editor. Your reason for this, was:
# 1:31, 4 February 2007 CambridgeBayWeather (Talk | contribs) deleted "Mari Adkins" (Prod Article does not meet notability criteria. Author is primarily published by vanity presses and has not "received multiple independent reviews of or awards for their work" as required by wikipedia for notability inclusion for authors.)
- 12:37, 31 May 2006 Brookie (Talk | contribs) deleted "Mari Adkins" (CSD A7 - hoax?)
Now, I am also a professional dark fiction writer, as well as a professional freelance editor, and I am a colleague and friend of Ms. Adkins. I assure you, not one of the publications Ms. Adkins has been published in has been a vanity press! All have been legitimate, paying small press publications. I can certainly put you in contact with the editors of said publications to prove this! Also, Aegri Somnia, the recent horror anthology Ms. Adkins appeared in with her story "Well of the Waters", has made the preliminary ballot for the Horror Writers Association Stoker Awards. Not a nomination as of yet, no, but it still shows she is, indeed, a respected professional.
Ms. Adkins also edits full time for Apex Science Fiction and Horror Digest, which is a legitimate, small press, semi-pro paying magazine.
I would like to know what I, and my fellow colleagues of Ms. Adkins, must do to have her Wikipedia entry restored. Since she is most undoubtedly a Professional Author and Editor, not vanity published in the least, I believe she has every right to have a valid entry in Wikipedia. Thank you, and good day.
I look forward to your response on how I can restore Ms. Adkins Wikipedia entry.
Cordially~

Smiting the enemies of reading...
I am noticing a lot of images showing up in a particular article (at first blush, they seem to be legittimate images, and I am addressing the shwwer number of them). Is there some sort of guideline or rule of thuimb about how many should be in a given article?Arcayne 04:27, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
- No sense of me being coy, I need a bit of help in the Nancy Reagan article. I am running into some odd technical issues that are wreaking havoc upon the fabric of reality, so could I trouble you for a bit?Arcayne 05:21, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
RE: Vandalism of Ramnefjellsfossen waterfall page
Dear Sir,
Previously, on 14 April, 2006, you asked that I advise you if any Wiki subscriber had vandalised my entry on this page.
Someone from New Zealand (please refer to the changes on the page) has changed the ranking from third- to tenth-highest.
This is incorrect. Again, I refer you to the ranking for this waterfall, which is published in Russell Ash's 'The Top Ten of Everything', among others.
Kindly advise the New Zealand subscriber not to vandalise the entry.

10. Links to social networking sites (such as MySpace), discussion forums or USENET
If you actually paid attention to the links I had sent, instead of just deleting them, you'd realize that they are there because they are fansites that have databases of information, not because they are discussion forums. Only 2 of those sites are really up to date, however I added the rest as they were there and removed by someone who was removing them simply to remove one, and didn't want to go through the hassle of just omitting one (I talked to him, that's the reason he gave).
There's nothing against fansites, however there is against discussion forums, GhostSource and Ghost-Land both have information, a lot more than the main websites, therefore I had posted those 2, the rest simply because they were posted before and most of them had information plenty.
If you think it to be spam fine, however it is posted for informational purposes, since there is a lack of it both here and elsewhere. I'm not too familiar with the Wikipedia syntax, and care not to be at the moment, so I'm not going to bother to list a whole bunch of information here, and it seems that you don't plan on it. So is there a problem with external links to fan sites? No. Infact, of you lookat MapleStory, there are links to many fansites that are simply forums, and just that, forums. However, informational databases are not allowed? What you say makes no sense at all, seriously. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Pyrofyr (talk • contribs) 15:51, 8 February 2007.
NL airports
Thank you very much for advising me, appreciate the personal note from you. Will they show up in any list, maybe an abandoned list of air strips or something similar? There are a few abandoned strips around the coast; some were built to accommodate construction such as Camp Boggy on the south coast of Newfoundland. --HJKeats 16:50, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
East Midlands Airport
As stated on the article talk page, the citation does not prove that the name is in general use or that it is an official name. All it does prove is that one organisation hasn't bothered to change it's naming yet. Did you know after the Airport changed from East Midland to Nottingham East Midland almost every European airport still listed it as Eas Midlands. Yet the article only used Nottingham East Midland during that time. Why? Because it is it's official name. Jimmmmmmmmm 23:38, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Hi there.
Thanks for the editing help today on my article on Spatial relativity theory. I'm in the middle of a lot of projects lately, so any help is appreciated.
I should have those parse errors fixed here shortly.
