This article about Lillian Leitzel would be enriched by the impressions of someone who knew her well, ringmaster Fred Bradna of the Barnum and Bailey Circus. His memoir, THE BIG TOP (Simon and Schuster, 1952) has a full chapter about Leitzel. Younggoldchip (talk) 20:46, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Birthdate, etc.

"Her true birthdate is uncertain (some time between 1891 and 1895), and she used a number of different versions of her name during her life." This sentence was removed, in favor of her Ringling Bros. bio. Naturally, citations to the contrary can change that. -- Yamara 05:09, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Brother

"Her brother, Alfred George Pelikan, who received his Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) from Columbia University, was a noted artist and Director of the Milwaukee Art Museum (formerly the Milwaukee Art Institute.)" Removed, as this doesn't seem relevant. Let him get his own article. -- Yamara 05:26, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
