5x expanded by Sammi Brie (talk). Self-nominated at 03:54, 30 May 2021 (UTC).[reply]

  • Hi Sammi Brie, review follows: article more than 5x expanded since 29 May; article exceeds minimum length; article is well written and cited inline throughout to reliable sources; I spotted no overly close paraphrasing form the sources in a spot check; hook is interesting, my only concern is that we are claiming the programme was cancelled, the newspaper source only states that the live broadcast on 11 November 1986 was halted and a pre-recorded programme for the following day not aired. Is there a source to state that the previously daily show stopped completely? Otherwise we can rephrase the hook to say "pulled off air" or something; a QPQ has been carried out. My preference would be for the lead to be longer, but not a major hold-up, once the cancellation is clarified I have no issues with this nomination - Dumelow (talk) 08:56, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Dumelow: It seems like it might have been those couple of days...there is very little information on the matter except for a report in a gay newspaper in 1987 that seems to hint they were still on air. [1] As a result, I've decided to err on the side of caution—it should be modified to read "pulled off air". Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 18:41, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I've proposed an alternative below for review by an uninvolved party - Dumelow (talk) 06:55, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
