Towards a common scientific data format for dream representation in humans

Non-verbal dream representation, ie video generated from brain computer interface data paired with diffusion models

Recently research has emerged which allows generative imagery from human brain activity, I would love to see the dream page updated with a more scientific approach via data from sleep based experiments similar to this.

Of course ideas, emotions, sensations (and perhaps motor control) data would need to be collected to represent a more complete dream state. Wesxdz (talk) 14:21, 1 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Human dream

This article is specifically about human dreaming. Should there be a separate article about animal dreaming? Most mammals, most birds, some spiders, octopuses, cuttlefishes, etc. dream. We need to have encyclopedic work about that as well. Kingturtle = (talk) 12:09, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
