This article relies largely on what reputable mainstream newspapers have to say about the ministry. They are not all positive. It seems that there has been some disappointment about failure to meet objectives, for whatever reason, at least in the short term. These sources are the reality - what is publicly thought about the subject. Attempts by anonymous IP users to remove this information are pointless.
