Why is this article giving stats on Michael Jordan?

[edit]

Specifically "and would go on to be one of the most acclaimed players in basketball history, earning five NBA Most Valuable Player Awards and winning six NBA Championships." This is an article on Sam Bowie not Michael Jordan. Add a hyperlink to Jordan's wiki page, and remove the info. Just because you have a source doesn't mean it needs to be here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.215.225.162 (talk) 19:39, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why not change it to Hakeem as it is the most widely known name he went by?

[edit]

It's ok to be historically accurate calling Hakeem "Akeem", but why not change it to Hakeem as it is the most widely known name he went by?

Because that's not his name. And I would disagree that it is "the most widely known name he went by". 67.8.55.11 (talk) 20:13, 7 April 2009 (UTC)Blappo[reply]
