Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be speedily deleted because... Since October 2014 she passes WP:NGYMNASTICS:
- Has competed in the senior 2014 World Gymnastics Championships
- Has won a senior individual medal at the senior 2014 World Gymnastics Championships
--Moscow Connection (talk) 13:03, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
Here's a link to the official results where you can check that on October 8, 2014, FEDOROVA Polina indeed won a bronze medal in the team event at the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Nanning: GAW400000_C92B_1.0.pdf. --Moscow Connection (talk) 13:24, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
- To quote your own posts, and checking the details at 2014 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships#Medalists, the requirement is :
- Has won a senior individual medal at the senior 2014 World Gymnastics Championships
- and she has :
- won a bronze medal in the team event.

Has competed in the Olympics or senior World Gymnastics Championships. (She was the alternate, but it counts cause she was on the team and is listed as a competitor and got the medal). --Moscow Connection (talk) 14:44, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

- My apologies, just seen that the WP:NGYMNASTICS text "Has competed in the Olympics or senior World Gymnastics Championships" links to "World Artistic Gymnastics Championships". Will update the guidance so it says what it means. I've removed the csd. Bazj (talk) 14:48, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
- @Bazj: Thank you! By the way, there are also World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, etc., so WP:NGYMNASTICS should better just say "World Gymnastics Championships" and link to what it says cause the article lists all the championships.
(I'm sorry for the problem with the second reason I listed. I copy-pasted it from WP:NGYMNASTICS and didn't notice the "individual" part.) --Moscow Connection (talk) 15:07, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

- Thanks for the pointer. Fixed WP:NGYMNASTICS (I hope), Bazj (talk) 15:17, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
