Commencement[edit]

Just in case I forget - section 2 clause (1) states "this Act comes into force on the day Parliament first meets following the first parliamentary general election after this Act is passed"; and the House of Commons meets on 18 May 2015 so that is the date of the commencement of this Act. --Redrose64 (talk) 17:07, 12 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
