A Google News Archive search [1] shows that he is a regular "go-to" person when the press want quotes about public service reform. I think that demonstrates enough potential notability at least to avoid deletion without scrutiny at WP:AFD. Phil Bridger (talk) 15:09, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
