Guidance on Adding info

[edit]

An update was recently released by the Lions that C.J. has recovered from his latest injury and is expected to return in the next 1-2 games. I was going to update the page with this information, but need some guidance on where this should be placed within the segment.

This injury was fairly severe so the initial incident is mentioned under his “Professional Career” in Detroit. I know it’s generally best to list chronologically as well as by talking point. However in this case there’s a paragraph immediately after which covers an unrelated topic (regarding his name being changed).

Given his “name change” happened prior to the injury update, it would make sense to add my info after the “name change” section to keep it congruent. Yet doing so would mean there’d be 2 different paragraphs (separated by an unrelated topic) covering the same injury which seemed awkward/improper. OTOH adding it to the paragraph discussing the same injury would put it out of order chronologically speaking. Herenow44 (talk) 19:02, 14 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
