Bombay/Mumbai

[edit]

I don't know how Wikipedia deals with this, but Mumbai is the "new" name for Bombay. I have a feeling we're still going to write that she was born in Bombay, as that's what it was called at the time, but I doubt that she died in Mumbai and was buried in Bombay. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.57.241.244 (talk) 00:44, 7 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm editing it right now. 24.184.166.238 (talk) 18:14, 11 April 2009 (UTC)Neel[reply]

Some cuts

[edit]

Adding information with "?-?" as the only provenance seems a bit silly - so I have cut it. Also, there is no need for two non-free images when there is already a free image in the article. This is an encyclopedia page, not a fan site. Re: modelling, the link was to Miss India, followed by Miss Universe - she could not have been Miss India '65 in the accepted sense as India did not send a delegation to the 1965 Miss World competition. There are other problems with this article, but I haven't yet figured out how to suggest we deal with the conspiracy theories... Keristrasza (talk) 22:10, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
