On 17 April 2017, SATS became the world’s first ground handler to receive European Union (EU) approval as an authorised establishment for the provision of meat transshipment services between New Zealand and the EU.

Information to be added or removed:
Suggestion to update Key People section to reflect Kerry Mok as the current President and CEO.
Explanation of issue: Mr Kerry Mok Tee Heong was appointed as the new SATS President and CEO as of 15 December 2021, succeeding former President and CEO, Alex Hungate, who has joined Grab on 4 January 2022.
