Done. This appears to me to fit the English Wikipedia's fair use policies for non-free material, but as noted when I uploaded the logo, I will not spend time defending that position or this edit if challenged. W.stanovsky (talk) 06:29, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Specific text to be added or removed: Update "Founded" date
Date to replace with: "1980" should be changed to "1981".
Reason for the change: Current date is outdated and incorrect.
Partly done, but retained reference to Medifast Diet with note about its retirement. The justification that it's "no longer an accurate portrayal of [your] brand" is irrelevant to the historical notability for encyclopedic purposes. W.stanovsky (talk) 06:29, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Specific text to be added or removed: Update "Description"
Description to replace with: "Medifast, Inc. (NYSE: MED) is an American nutrition and weight loss company based in Baltimore, Maryland. Medifast produces, distributes, and sells weight loss and health-related products through websites, multi-level marketing, telemarketing, and franchised weight loss clinics." to be replaced with "Medifast, Inc. (NYSE: MED) is a global nutrition and weight loss company based in Baltimore, Maryland. It produces, distributes and sells weight loss and health-related products through its multi-level marketing channel of independent OPTAVIA Coaches."
Reason for the change: The current description is outdated and incorrect.

(slightly outdated from 2018 but hints at the plans for evolving business model and distribution channels):
o “Medifast continues to sell directly to consumers online, through what they call “Med-D” or “Medifast Direct,” but are working to transition that channel as well to a coach-led model.”
o “Reshaping distribution channels, aligning thousands of existing coaches with new leadership and adjusting to a refreshed business model was not without challenges for Medifast and OPTAVIA. For people who have been around the company for a long time, making a transition and trying to understand how that integrated coach model should work and why there’s benefits to it has required a different level of partnership and communication.”

Not done for now, as all the offered references seem to be quoting company executives or quoting/closely paraphrasing corporate branding language. Per WP:ABOUTSELF, I don't think simply adopting the company's desired characterization of itself without a WP:RS, preferably a neutral secondary source, to support that characterization is appropriate. If you can suggest such sources please feel free to post another edit request. W.stanovsky (talk) 06:29, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Specific text to be added or removed: Update "Market Cap"
To replace with: "The company is public with a market capitalization of $1.4, as of May 2018" to be updated to "The company is public with a market capitalization of $2.433 billion, as of December 31, 2021."
Reason for the change: The current market cap is outdated and incorrect.
