1961 or 1988

[edit]

Hi. I have Problem: Israel launched the Shavit missile on July 5, 1961 (Tzvi Tzur) or 1988? --80.188.188.170 (talk) 10:05, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Shavit payload

[edit]

For some reason the payload of the Shavit was indicated as 160 kg, while we know well from previous shippings that that Ofeq series satellite can be mounted and launched to LEO by the Shavit. Of course, Ofeq series satellites are all weighet much above 160 kg and also above 300 kg. So, I removed the previous source and replaced it with another, more reliable.--Gilisa (talk) 10:12, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
