[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to John Serry Sr.—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. - Ciao Materialscientist -- Just a quick note to thank you for your assistance--With your permission I have restored the edits to the article since the Wikipedia Project Classical Music has posted a specific prohibition against using an info box for this article ("!-- Please do not insert info box as per guidelines for Wikipedia Classical Music Project-->") which is only visible at the top of the article only when one attempts to edit the article. The remaining edits also serve to reduce unnecessary crowding of text in the article to improve the readability and are essentially cosmetic in nature (i.e. no substantial changes to content were made). I've posted more details on your talk page. I hope this is OK. Thanks again for all your help and best wished for your future editorial endeavors.160.72.80.178 (talk) 22:34, 23 January 2023 (UTC)NHPL
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, your own website, websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight, expressing views that are widely acknowledged as extremist, that are promotional in nature, or that rely heavily on rumors and personal opinions, as one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:11, 19 January 2024 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of Guy Lombardo
[edit]The article Guy Lombardo you nominated as a good article has failed ; see Talk:Guy Lombardo for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of the article. - Ciao Averageuntitleduser ---Many thanks for the exhaustive analysis of the nomination of Guy Lombardo to Good Article status. It would appear that considerable work remains to be done.
