Johnny & Associates, known in Japan as Johnny's Jimusho (ジャニーズ事務所, janīzu jimusho), formed by Johnny Kitagawa in 1963, is an organization that trains and promotes groups of male idols in Japan. Kitagawa has faced repeated accusations of child abuse and pedophilia, however, none have been proven in court.

Johnny's Jrs. are trainees who have yet to debut. They perform covers of their seniors songs on Shounen Club as "training". They also act as back up dancers for the groups that have already debuted.
