Before changing the logo to an old logo you should probably check www.icelandair.com and see what their current logo looks like. Also the route map is direct from Icelandair and it says in it's copyright "The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion." The Icelandair route map most certainly falls under definition "promotional item" as it is made by Icelandair for promotional purposes. Stop messing with the Icelandair wikipedia website if you have nothing to add to it.

Timor Air

Hey... all that in Timor Air is fake information!! Can you please erase that?!

Regarding Turkmenistan airlines!

Wy did you delete the routes and destinations!!!

Why did you change things?

Please change it back!!

Thanks for uploading Image:Air Algerie logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. Mediation case submission

You have been named as a party in a mediation cabal case. If you are involved (or not therefore), you may make the appropriate changes to the case, i.e. add your username to the "Who's involved?" section. Thank you. Rudget. 16:03, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

airline destination articles

Wouldn't it be better if all such lists were made into collapsable table format like in your Aeroflot article and included in main airline article destination section rather than on a seperate page or article.(116.71.56.127 (talk) 20:01, 8 March 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Series of recent edits of Russavia

Could you please provide a provide a link to where the discussion about renaming all the national lists of companies took place? The new naming convention looks very messy. - SimonLyall (talk) 09:18, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have posted to WP:ANB requesting advice about getting you changes reversed since you appear to have done this without explanation and I feel the new naming is worse than the previous. - SimonLyall (talk) 07:09, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cam Ranh Air Base‎...

I'm going back though all the vietnam air bases pages that I wrote, removing the national flags and putting in the roundrels of the air forces that stationed aircraft there...

I've changed Cam Ranh to relfect that. Although the VNAF did use their national flag on their tails, they also used a roundrel as the USAF does and the Soviet/Russian VVS.

Also, if you know the aviation regiments that were sent to Cam Ranh by the VVS, it would be a fine addtion to the article.

Hopefully this will adress the NPOV issue and everyone will be happy in the sandbox again....

Warmest Regards

Akado

It was initially a redirect; can it remain as that? Think the history should be preserved. Please reply on your talk page. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 22:16, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't notice it was previously a redirect, I have just redirected it to its previous article. The russian ISP isn't notable, but in the event it is in future, at least the history is there as you mentioned. Thanks for that. --Россавиа Диалог 22:19, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

QANTAS: Incidents and Accidents

Me and many of the other users who frequently add to the Wikipedia Qantas Page would appreciate if you stopped deleting many of the incidents. The fact is that they were incidents, whether there was no deaths or airframe damage doesn't matter. They are well documented, even by qantas.com, and will remain there.

Singapore Airlines

Good job! I didn't even noticed that too until you mentioned it and put it back in place. Guess that's why we all need help from each other, no matter how big or how small the wiki-project might be. Cheers. -- Dave1185 (talk) 21:28, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE:Parent company of Singapore Airlines

Until past discussions such as [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] were adequately addressed and resolved, are you in any position to reassert your POV now? What is the difference between the situation then, and the situation now for you to bring up the issue once again?--Huaiwei (talk) 09:11, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That is a whole lot of repeatitive garbage which I will simply not waste my time on. If you are capable of talking sense and at least acknowledging your own POV on this issue (which you persist in believing is a domain exclusive only to those who dare oppose you), then kindly keep this discussion in the main article talkpage, instead of snooping around in specialised discussions (the participants of which may not know the full range of concerns here) and issuing threats in my talkpage.--Huaiwei (talk) 10:05, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Air Dominicana (Dominican Republic Aviation)

Hi russavia how are you?? i hope you be fine. Hey about Air Dominicana, i think it is not a planned airline because they are an Airline not a rumor or something like that so i think it should be better a Dominican Airline, uch as Sol Dominicana Airlines, Caribair, those airlines have its airplanes, they only are waiting for the date to start PASSENGER OPERATIONS. Have you heard that Air Dominicana's Boeing 737 is right now in a operations text with the Air Dominicana livey and the dominican registration???, so i think that the only two planned airlines that we have in Dominican Republic are Merengue Airlines Dominicana, and Ocean Airways Aircraft Services because those airlines doesn't have its aircraft yet an ether they aren't salling tickets as Air Dominicana and Sol Airlines are.-what is your opinion of this-

Ahh, also thanks for the invitation for the Aviation Wikiproject, i would like to much to participate in that wikiproject, but i need to know how to join because i didn't found the link and what exactly is this for???

Thanks Russavia, i hope you undertand me... ChezSant (talk) 18:03, 3 April 2008 (UTC) Heyyy????ChezSant (talk) 02:01, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Singapore Changi and Jakarta's airport

Huaiwei's now insulting me for reading your comments, so you might want to chip in and give your own opinion about what your own comment means. I have no doubt that Huaiwei will promptly declare you to be wrong as well though... Jpatokal (talk) 18:55, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oh please. This sounds like an outright plea for Russavia to switch his position to tally with yours irrspective of his original opinion just to retaliate against a common enemy. You truly have issues, Jpatokal.--Huaiwei (talk) 20:44, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Flag Icons in code share airlines list

Is removing flag icons from code share airlines list a crime? people are reverting my edits for Pakistan International Airlines list, obviously the flags serve no purpose except for striking some ones childish imagination to make everything colourful and pretty.(116.71.57.90 (talk) 18:03, 6 April 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Request to move article Farnborough Air Show incomplete

You recently filed a request at Wikipedia:Requested moves to move the page Farnborough Air Show to a different title - however your proposal is either incomplete or has been contested as being controversial. As a result, it has been moved to the incomplete and contested proposals section. Requests that remain incomplete after five days will be removed.

Please make sure you have completed all three of the following:

  1. Added {{move|NewName}} at the top of the talk page of the page you want moved, replacing "NewName" with the new name for the article. This creates the required template for you there.
  2. Added {{subst:RMtalk|NewName|reason for move}} to the bottom of the talk page of the page you want to be moved, to automatically create a discussion section there.
  3. Added {{subst:RMlink|PageName|NewName|reason for move}} to the top of today's section here.

If you need any further guidance, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Requested moves or contact me on my talk page. - JPG-GR (talk) 00:40, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You and Huaiwei on WP:AIRPORTS

You certainly have the "right of reply", but you'll note that I moved both your and Huaiwei's comments into a separate section. Your squabble about who sued who for the Silkair crash has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the thread, which concerned airport destination lists.

Quite frankly, I'm disappointed by the way you're letting Huaiwei provoke you. Try doing what I do: just ignore the personal attacks, and strike them out if they go overboard. Jpatokal (talk) 03:39, 17 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Virgin Blue

May I ask why you replaced the Virgin Blue logo with a lower quality, out-dated one? As I stated in the photo description, the logo was seen used on Virgin Atlantic's Australian website and represents the most current version. Though it may be a different format than the one on Virgin Blue's website it is still obviously being used. NcSchu(Talk) 16:33, 17 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
