"5000 Ones" is the first official single off DJ Drama's album Gangsta Grillz: The Album. It features Nelly, T.I., Yung Joc, Willie the Kid, Young Jeezy, Diddy and Twista. The single peaked at #73 on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

The video for "5000 Ones" premiered on Rap City on November 16, 2007. T.I. is not physically present in the video due to his arrest.

Recently, there has been an idea to make a remix of the song to include Nelly, T.I., Yung Joc, Willie the Kid, Young Jeezy, Diddy, Twista, Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Lil' Ray, R. Kelly, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Flo Rida, Royal Flush, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Bizzy Bone, Fat Joe, Murphy Lee, Ali and Birdman.[citation needed] There was rumor that Flesh-n-Bone, DMX and Chris Notez would be on the remix, but this is undecided.[citation needed]
