Gyroflug was founded in 1978.

Gyroflug has been renamed to FFT (Gesellschaft für Flugzeug- und Faserverbund-Technologie mbH)

FFT was aquired by Justus Dornier Group in 1984.

FFT Moved from Altenrhein, Switserland to Mengen Germany in 1987.

FFT ceased trading on December 21, 1992
