EA Mythic

Mythic Entertainment is now EA Mythic after being acquired by EA. The page's name should probably be changed? Terrek 02:54, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

done. Coeur 13:43, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
EA Mythic is now named Mythic Entertainment. There are many articles with this evidence, and [1] contains a post by an employee confirming this. Following with the above situation the page name should be reverted. This brings up another question of merging (or deleting more likely) [2] with this article as it is the same company and the same information. Arzakon (talk) 04:36, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Also related to them reverting back to Mythic entertainment, they have started using their own logo again. Shouldn't this be changed too? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.192.58.4 (talk) 02:24, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Now that it's Bioware, this is null and void. Sslaxx (talk) 14:36, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Page move

I'm working on getting a proper page move done. Please do not attempt to manually redirect this article. It has the longer edit history that needs to be preserved in the move per the GFDL.--Oni Ookami AlfadorTalk|@ 13:56, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mythic and BioWare are not "merging"

BioWare Mythic

Apparently Mythic Entertainment is now called BioWare Mythic according to the General Manager of BioWare and Mythic. http://kotaku.com/5497736/what-the-people-behind-mass-effect-and-dragon-age-are-trying-to-do?skyline=true&s=i —Preceding unsigned comment added by Drasill (talkcontribs) 00:57, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect Mythic to Bioware page.

Bioware and Mythic entertainment are now Bioware-Mythic. It is official now. To avoid confusion, the two articles should, too, be merged. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.248.31.215 (talk) 19:28, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bioware's entry does not really address Mythic's history, which is quite extensive in and of itself since Mythic used to run commercial text-based MUDs (Darkness Falls, etc.) before they released their first MMO. This entry needs to be improved a lot, but I'm not sure that a re-direct is appropriate.Kallimina (talk) 02:54, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
