The Out & Equal Workplace Awards
The Out & Equal Workplace Awards or "The Outies" are awards given by Out & Equal Workplace Advocates annually at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit. The Outies recognize the most significant achievements in LGBT workplace equality and are given in five different categories, with two recognizing individuals and three recognizing organizations. Recipients have taken significant action to create more equitable workplaces for members of the LGBT community and are an opportunity for leaders in LGBT workplace equality to meet and celebrate progress.
