Ole Beich

Ole Beich (1955 – October 16, 1991) was a Danish guitarist and bass player, born in the city of Esbjerg. In his youth years he achieved a degree of fame amongst local musicians and fans.[1] He played both guitar and bass with several Danish bands before he decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue his music career.

Beich became the original bassist of both the bands L.A. Guns and Guns N' Roses[2] and played on the L.A. Guns EP Collector's Edition No. 1. Singers Axl Rose and Michael Jagosz both had turns as lead vocalist for L.A. Guns during the time Beich was in the band. He played one Guns N' Roses show in early 1985 before quitting the band.[1]

Beich died on October 16, 1991, drowning in Skt. Jørgens Lake in the center of Copenhagen.[1]
