Okay, why are you deleting my articles I write? I dont see why you have deleted them "Several times" if you QUIT deleting them ill QUIT writing them again. Simple as that. I dont see what makes you think you have the right to decide what is "Relevant" as that as purely an opinion.

Thanks for your support on my request for adminship.

The final outcome was (80/3/0), so I am now an administrator. I was flattered by the level of support and the comments, so I'm under real pressure not to disappoint, thus if you have any queries, suggestions or problems with any of my actions as an admin then please leave me a note --pgk(talk) 12:18, 8 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is concerning the Omnipotent being page, you are falsely accusing me, Sir. I didn't post 'vandalism' or 'nonsense'. I wrote the truth and the belief that God has given me in God and Jesus Christ. That page is a dirent affront to the faith. I don't appreciate you calling it 'nonsense', when the false philosophies and jargon on that page are really the nonsense. I also don't appreciate you deleting the edits. WIKIPEDIA- where ANYONE can edit. If you want to put that on your front page, don't sit there and try to tell me only you can edit. Im allowed to edit, as well. Finally, God isnt nonsense, sir. He created the heavens and the earth, and you, and me. Whether or not you agree with me is irrelevant. The truth is the truth. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 198.110.83.65 (talk • contribs) . 22:17, 9 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

God isn't nonsense, and neither are your beliefs - however repeatedly adding disruptive text to an article is usually seen as vandalism. The heart of the issue here is not whether or not God exists, nor whether or not He is limited by the Omnipotence paradox. The issue is that Wikipedia should strive to fairly and equally present all relevant information about the paradox itself. It is then up to the reader to decide what to make of it. You might be interested to read Wikipedia's stance on maintaining a Neutral Point Of View (NPOV) for all articles, as a reference for any future contributions. Hi-I'm a little new to Wiki, but have been really excited to edit and create my first entries. May I ask, Why are you considering my pages for deletion? As I am new, I won't pretend to know all of the criteria for such a decision. I understand that the information may seem biased or unverifiable, but I would like to assure you of its authenticity. All photos associated with the entries were taken and edited by myself, and all of the text was written by myself. Do you just not see a need for this article? Please help me understand. Admin?

Hi! I've noticed your edits on some articles I watch and have seen you in some AfD debates. You seem like a good user. . .are you an admin by any chance? I didn't see any indication that you are on your user page or talk page. It seems like you would make a good one. I'd be happy to nominate you if interested. TMS63112 23:08, 12 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the above, you should become an admin. Note that I've semi-protected your userpage due to persistant vandalism from IP addresses. If you'd prefer to have it vandalized, let me know and I'll change it back. — FREAK OF NURxTURE (TALK) 23:21, Jan. 12, 2006
Thanks for the kind words. As Freakofnurture implies TMS63112, I am not an admin, although I might consider accepting a nomination or self-nom'ming sometime in the next month or so. It would be nice, and it's definitely an eventual goal of mine, but I'm in no rush - there's plenty of non-admin stuff to be done in the meantime!
As to the semi-page protection, I appreciate it but you can lift it whenever you have a chance, Freakofnurture; nearly every one of the vandal edits over the past few months have been reverted within a minute or two at most, so I'm pretty confident that other Wikipedians "have my back", so to speak. Feel free to re-apply the semi-protection any time in the future though, if you feel it's being tediously re-vandalized. Cheers. --PeruvianLlama(spit) 06:28, 13 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, your userpage is once again flying condom-free in the wind. As for adminship, I suppose I'll wait another week at the most and then nominate you. I'd suggest making more edits in the project namespace in the meantime (see [1]) and becoming familiar with administrative processes, perhaps opine at various Foo for deletion entries and policy discussion pages (to avoid possible knee-jerk oppose votes) — although I think you do and will continue to do great work merely whacking vandals. Don't self-nom either, that'll count against you. — FREAK OF NURxTURE (TALK) 07:25, Jan. 13, 2006

Welcome to Esperanza!

Welcome, Peruvianllama, to Esperanza, the Wikipedia member association! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association.

Now that you are a member you should read the guide to what to do now or you may be interested in some of our programs. A quite important program is the StressUnit, which seeks to support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. Redwolf24 runs the spam to keep members up to date. Also, we have a calendar of special events, member birthdays, and other holidays that you can add to and follow.

In addition to these projects, several more missions of Esperanza are in development, and are currently being created at Esperanza/Possibles.

I encourage you to take an active voice in the running of Esperanza. We have a small government system, headed by our Administrator general, Celestianpower, and guided by the Advisory Committee comprised of FireFox, Flcelloguy, Titoxd, and Karmafist. The next set of elections will be in February, and I would be glad to see you vote, or even consider running for a position.

If you have any other questions, concerns, comments, or general ideas, Esperanzian or otherwise, know that you can always contact Celestianpower by email or talk page or the Esperanza talk page. Alternatively, you could communicate with fellow users via our IRC channel, #wikipedia-esperanza (which is also good for a fun chat or two :). I thank you for joining Esperanza, and look forward to working with you in making Wikipedia a better place to work!

Ooh, "no derivative works" is going to be hard with our system, hehe. I know creative commons does offer a license like that but I don't think wikipedia people like it, b/c it's not free to edit. The one that is available from CC is here but there isn't a tag for it, because it's not really "free". Anyway, Sorry I couldn't help, maybe you could just add a mean note saying not to change it :D - cohesiontalk 18:30, 21 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but can I add this section to the TML webpage?

The following:

The Toronto Maple Leafs are often considered "God's team" by some, as famed Fan590 radio host Stormin Norman Rumack calls them. The team has been a success nationally and international along with being a local fan favourite team. Anchored by the team captain they call "THE BIG swede Mats Sundin" the Leafs are an assembled team that has been many times close to Winning the Stanley Cup but have missed the big dance because of misfortunes and bad luck. With the addition this year of players like Jason Allison and Eric Lindros, the Torotno Maple Leafs are poised to go head to head with the leagues best.

The Leafs are a team with rich hockey tradition, with the roots of the team originating when Toronto was still a small city. The team has grown substantially along with the city, and the two have been inseperable. Asking people what Toronto is all about, the answer is simple: Beer, Hockey, Donuts and the Toronto Maple Leafs!

Arguable one of the most successful runs the Toronto Maple Leafs had was in 1993 armed with several elite players such as Doug "The Killer" Gilmour, Dave Ellett, Jamie Mccoun, and the Felix the cat Potvin. They made a substantial run to the playoffs, but was just short of seeing a hockey crazed stanley cup final with the canadiens. The misfortunes arose because of a bad call by referee Kerry Fraiser whom many in the city still have not forgiven. It was no conicident that the incident involved Wanye Gretzky, whom later admitted that he got away with a call. This was according to many experts the defining moment of the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team, as they lost out to the LA Kings. Many believed that the 1993 Maple Leafs had the guts, glory and passion to beat out the more talented Montreal Canadiens (which included the to-be-hall-of-famer Patrick Roy)

It was after that season the Leafs team began to fall apart and crumble. It started with bad trades made by the GM Cliff Fletcher which included desperation moves to bring in old veterans whom were past their prime. Fletcher was trying to fill the void of the missing pieces of what he believed to be a team that was just missing some key parts for another run to the Stanley Cup Finals. But how he was so wrong. What happened after that was several years of bad loses, which included the booing of Larry Murphy (famed hall of famer defensemen who won with the Detroit Red Wings) along with the letting go of favourite Felix Potvin.

1998 Season was called the miracle season by many. Many changes were made included bringing in of Sergei Berezin, Igor Korolev, ths sudden appearance of rookies Tomas Kaberle, the including of Ken Dryden as GM, the bringing in of Pat Quinn, but most importantly the signing of Curtis Joesph. Not to mention the rising of stars Alyn Mccauley and Derek King. The team was the top scoring team that year, and made the playoffs after missing the previous 4 years. The team was called the Miracle Team on Ice, in Canada. The city was crazy for this wheel-barrow barn burner hockey team that strived on offense and exciting attacking rushes. Famed author Gil Perrault called that team one of the most exciting hockey teams of the maple leafs era.

Irismeister's user page

You don't understand :-) You are the vandals! You keep deleting user pages... Just let the irismeister's user page show completely, as he meant it to be, not white as you would like it to be. He is, afterall, a user in the so-called "anyone can edit" encyclopedia of yours, and you should live up to your own standards if your honor were an issue. Besides, even your own policies should prevent vandalizing user pages, even if vandalism comes, as it does, from your own registered editors and "administrators". Finally, you complicate your legal problems unnecessarily while you help us. Indeed, you are feeding the ongoing people vs. Wikipedia libel and disinformation class and individual legal actions by providing evidence :-). Keep up to good work! :-)

Without more context, I really don't know what you're talking about. You replaced a legit "indefinite block" notice on User:Irismeister with lots and lots of.. rambling? I don't even know - regardless, without providing a good reason, that's vandalism. So my honor and legal actions aside, unless you want to give a more coherent explanation of things, I think my decision was correct. Cheers. --PeruvianLlama(spit) 22:29, 26 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yay! I use Eclipse too, by the way. Ok, here's what you should do:
  1. First, copy the source code available at Wikipedia:WikiProject edit counters/Flcelloguy's Tool and assemble it into one project (or email me if you want me to send you a JAR)
  2. Compile it and play around with it for a while to get a feel for it.
  3. To read files, you need to go to Special:Contributions/Peruvianllama (for example) and then save the source code to your local disk. We're working on the scraper, and it is going to be released for the next version.
  4. Think of things you would like to do (for example, fix up the GUI or something like that)
  5. Report back to me, so I can tell you about the bug. ;) Titoxd(?!? - help us) 00:41, 27 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I wasn't trying to vandalize, I was merely trying to improve a grammatical error. "Microsoft promoted to be user-friendlier than previous versions of Windows." I tried to change it to "Microsoft promoted it to be more user-friendly than previous versions of Windows." There wasn't enough room, so instead I wrote "Microsoft promoted it to be more user-friendly than previous versions."

We really need Admin in regards to Kurdistan and Kurds

We are going in circles and there is no rationality. If I say the sky is blue and provide sources they say no. They have a political agenda and oppressing conventional and established facts. PLease read the discussions and now they are attacking other articles that are connected to the issue trying to wipe out all linked evidence. This is gross abuse. People are here to learn and not to be told POVs and propaganda. They add things which can not be proven and when they do they use websites that have no credibility. It is like me saying there are MArtians running the US COngree and I add a link to some lunitics webpage and use it as proof. Please I am asking you for help. This has to be stopped. Kurds are an Iranian ethnic group and all sources as well as Kurdish history say this. They are also warping the truth about problems in Iran beleiving it will dissasociate Kurds from their Iranian ethnicity. Iranian is both a national identity and an ethnic group much like Slavic. The peoples of Iran, parts of Europe, Paiistan, Afghanistan, Kurdistan, and parts of Central Asia are all ethnic Iranian peoples. It is an established fact, but they use inconclusive data that has led to theories as proof when there is already established proof. Please read the discussions. Thank you.

Did you actually read the article? It is nothing more than a PR piece, with such advertorial gems as:

And then he owes it to the guitar lesson videos of Paul Gilbert, which helped him a lot.

the caliber he has is really unmatchable

and in fact about 90% of the article is that way. I reverted your changes. If you'd like to rewrite the article to include more information, but in a less reverently styled and more factually based manner, please do so. But simple reverting my edit and changing the tone back to a PR piece / advertisement isn't really helping the Wikipedia. Sukiari 00:30, 31 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No. You do not create the same little article on multiple titles - you use redirects - in this case to the proper article which already existed: pre-qualification. -- RHaworth 11:22, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

so anything that has to do with prequal or prequal wizard which is not the same as pre-qualification should be redirected to the user RHaworth pre-qualification page why is that it's like if someone created the word GOING on here and you say anything with the word GO in it should go under it to me that doesnt make any sense? how do i create an example of a prequal wizard without you deleting it? Talking does not help with regards to Kurdistan

It is a highly contested article which is being turned into a political forum. It has been established that the unofficial flag of Kurdistan is not banned or criminal in Iran but is being written as so. After evidence has turned up that it is not banned and no proof given by the party that claims it as so they still edit it as so and even add phony sources....sources that have nothing to do with the flag. This article needs to be locked.

rm speedy notice - how implausible can the typo be if the article creator made it?

True, I suppose ... I screwed up when creating the redirect

Incorrect:Alnwick Adveriser --> Northumberland Gazette
Correct:Alnwick Advertiser --> Northumberland Gazette

Moved the redirect to the correct spelling when I realised. Suspect that the old redirect is clutter more than something other clumsy typists would find useful, therefore tried to delete it. You think that it should be kept, or that it should be removed in a different manner?

Congratulations on adminship!

Congrats on adminship, albeit a bit late from me! NSLE (T+C) 09:12, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

PS how old are you exaclty, because judging from your pic on your user page you don't look particularly old, but you say you're doing graduate studies? Another Ral315? :P NSLE (T+C) 09:18, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah congrats on adminship. I voted but you should have told us if you made it ;). You may just get the record for most vandalized page. --a.n.o.n.y.m t 14:40, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Congrats. Are you familiar with the Tintin comic Prisoners of the Sun ? It has a couple of interesting incidents involving llamas. That was the reason why I noticed you even though you may not know me :-) Tintin (talk) 06:48, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

82/1/0...good show and congrats on your promotion!--MONGO 08:30, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Congrats, seriously. If it looked like it was gonna matter, I would have changed my oppose vote. :) Pschemp | Talk 07:56, 5 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are awesome!

Thank you for removing the vandalism on my page. The haters abound. Thanks a bunch! Pacdude 20:59, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I spit in your general direction!

Congrats on the adminship, man! I know you'll do a super-awesome job. :) I'm off to congratulate you in the IRC channel, if you're there. Mo0[talk] 08:15, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are welcome. Congratulations.--Dakota ~ ε 09:15, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Congrats from me, too. Have fun with the admin tools! Grutness...wha? 09:22, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ditto! Congratulations, and thanks for having such a great username and sense of humor! (A Llama on my talkpage! What next?) Cheers Banez 10:20, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Although I already congratulated you, here's more spitting from me. :P NSLE (T+C) 10:32, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I now spit in your general direction. :p--Shanel 14:20, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for getting my started, mate

I'm going to have to learn all these fancy tags before I start editing... -- Therealhazel (formerly 134.173.92.238)

Thanks

Thank you for your advice. That was a first for me, as I'm pretty careful. I presumed it was a spam link that needed to be removed, but tried to check it to give the benefit of the doubt. Won't do that again. Pollinator 14:27, 5 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks or reverting deletes on my userpage (twice now). --mitrebox 23:08, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Repeated vandalism on the Fin Fang Foom article

The user 205.188.116.9 has reverted edits on the Fin Fang Foom article to include the "dragon panties" vandalism that he made previously. I chat with the actual user, and he has sworn up and down that he will continue the vandalism. Perhaps stronger action is needed.--Perceive 23:56, 5 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your accusation of vandalism on the [CeeGee : user] article

Young boy, you did not see, because you are certainly 'enlighted' by your own convictions, that impeach you to see the facts, that mister CeeGee seems to be related to many vandalism problems.

By the way, I warned him that, as he is himself a Rotarian, he did not had to vandalize my own pages onto Rotary with his Rotarian point of view. Wiki has a neutral policy and is not the place for the damned RotaryClub propaganda.

By the way, I think that

- it is not very courageous, as CeeGee does, to give lessons without regarding the facts, AND to hide your real name and and mail address, as I do. I think that I would be a coward to give lessons and hide my identity and mail address. - you use the lama image to enlight others and hide yourself. - You do not like lama and Perou, but like your own image of yourself 'loving Peru' This attitude is not scientific and push to the growth of violence on the Wiki - you should grow and learn to have opinions onto the facts

About Freud Vandalism

Thanks for pointing out and correcting the Freud thing. I really only meant to add the pseudo-tag to try to get on the Bad Jokes list. I didn't mean to remove anything. Please accept my sincere apologies. I also apologize for making you do it three times -- I am on a slow connection and submitted repeatedly to try to get the send to "take". My mistake. -129.66.1.202 19:18, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Barnstar

Hey, you've been working hard...so I stopped a barnstar by. See you. εγκυκλοπαίδεια* 20:58, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why thank you! Now truly, the sentiment is much more important than the bauble itself. That being said however.. this barnstar seems to be of the invisible variety. :) --PeruvianLlama(spit) 21:06, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Whoops, all fixed. I say the clear, transparent kind are the best. :-) εγκυκλοπαίδεια* 21:07, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

As a new user, doesn't the 'criticism' in this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invitrogen violate the NPOV guideline...?

You reinstated the "criticism" part after someone I know deleted it. They were not trying to vandalize, but doesn't that part of the content seem unverified (no survey/citations) and against NPOV?

Brian

I shouldn't have but I did.

I thought you might get a laugh out of the story I put on the Payson, Az's vandal's user page. User:24.121.122.92--mitrebox 04:43, 7 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Guiness

Something is wrong. It looks like a script attaching the page. My protection did not work. I am not an admin so I am not sure how to use it. Gadig 22:50, 7 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, in fact, only an admin can 'protect' a page from other users. I've noticed the vandalism and have been reverting it, so I don't think it's a big deal yet. Thanks for the notice though! Cheers. --PeruvianLlama(spit) 22:52, 7 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the tip. I will keep it in mind. And I will ask you for some help if I have to deal with that again. Later. Gadig 23:26, 7 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Permanent blocks

Hi, I notice that you have blocked User:Hobbsie permanently. His talkpage is being vandalised by User:Stuart kirby, who may be a sock. thought I shd alert you. --Gurubrahma 17:58, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stephen Harper

I feel there is a valid reason for removing the electoral record, it's not relevant to him at all. It's also not on any other MP in Canada, nor any other Prime Minister. I fail to see how that is vandalism.

Nevermind, I worked it out with the said user. Tkyle 23:42, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
