Anybody think we should make the current HP Pavilion page be a disambiguation, and have them point to seperate "HP Pavilion (arena)" and "HP Pavilion (computer)" pages? NeoChaosX 6 July 2005 23:47 (UTC)
Tina Turner
We try to avoid objectivity on Wikipedia (Wikipedia:Neutral point of view), and plus her concert has not yet happened, so it does not belong in the "past events" category. Banpei (talk) 05:47, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
- I have added her to the list of performers who have/will be playing at the Tank. Banpei (talk) 05:49, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
HP Pavillion was not the site of the fictional Democratic convention in the West Wing. Look at the seating patterns and Mighty Ducks banners, it was filmed at the Honda Center —Preceding unsigned comment added by Muhawks (talk • contribs) 22:27, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Notable events
Does anyone else feel that the "Other events" and "Notable events" sections are getting a little out of hand? For instance, absent anything else, I don't think that the fact that HPP was a stop on a nationwide or worldwide tour makes the event particularly notable.
The list of acts in "Other events" doesn't seem particularly useful either. Many of those performers have visisted dozens, if not hundreds of venues on their tours. Thoughts?--SharkxFanSJ (talk) 04:21, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
Historical Capacity Figures
In the infobox, there is a chronological history on how many people the arena has seated for hockey games over the years). While this might be interesting for a few people, I don't think it is neccessary or appropriate for a Wikipedia article. The average person that comes to this page is only interested in how many people the arena currently holds. No need to make them wade through the minor variations over the years.
