I wish for my account to be confirmed so I can upload an image for Aleksandar Tonev. It has no copyright whatsoever.

I would like to be confirmed to upload a historical article and information that is generally not known neither can be found on internet or anywhere else for that matter concerning the original inventor of the automatic mechanical changing gearbox and centifugal clutch for motor vehiches with forward and reverse gears that revolutionised the production of automatic motor vehicles in the worlds motor vehicle industry. The inventor was an Australian and my father who in 1946 registered patents in Australia, Great Britain, United States, Canada and France. He was also provided with Letters of Introduction by the Commonwealth of Australia to visit those countries to market his design to the major motor vehicle manufacturers of the time. In support of the article I have the copies and details of the patents registered in each of the countries listed and copies of the C of A Letters of Introduction which will also be uploaded. I feel this is historical information that should be available to anybody who may have an interest in the history of automation in the motor vehicle industry.
I note that there is an article about Automatic Transmission on your site. This article references early inventions such as transmissions driven by belts or steam. These designs were not suitable for a commercial marketplace. The article goes on to say that General Motors designed the mechanical gearbox in 1933. This segment of the article is incorrect and demonstrates the lack of information available on the design of the automatic transmission and centrifugal clutch. Though I am aware that this article may be edited I would also like to submit a fresh article specific to the design of the Mechanical Changing Gearbox.

User:Miao.qq94

Dear Wikipedia administrator,

I am seeking to make the Snoop Dogg wikipedia page up-to-date by including a few sentences about his latest philanthropic project, Mind Gardens. Specifically, I seek request to add two updates to the introductory paragraph AND to section "1.5 2012–present: Snoop Lion, Reincarnated" on the Snoop Dogg wikipedia page. The link can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snoop_Dogg#2012.E2.80.93present:_Snoop_Lion.2C_Reincarnated.

I am requesting to add a brief two sentences to the end of the introductory paragraph. The italicized portion is already on the page:

"In 2012, after a trip to Jamaica, Snoop announced a conversion to the Rastafari movement and a new alias, Snoop Lion. Under the new moniker, he released a reggae album, Reincarnated, and a documentary film of the same name, of his Jamaican experience, in early 2013." Just as his trip inspired his redefined identity, it also inspired his initiation of the Mind Gardens project in late 2012. The project is a campaign that seeks to establish community gardens worldwide that provide children sustainable and nutritious food.

In addition to this update, I am seeking permission to add to the section "1.5 2012–present: Snoop Lion, Reincarnated". I intend to add this short paragraph immediately after the last paragraph currently in this section:

Snoop's trip to Jamaica additionally motivated his late-2012 launch of the Mind Gardens campaign, a philanthropic project that helps children across the world access healthy foods. Pairing up with beverage provider Reed's Ginger Brew to give back to the Jamaican community, Snoop established two organic gardens in neighborhoods within Kingston, Jamaica. He is currently seeking to expand his project in the U.S. by spreading awareness about how community gardens support healthier eating and habits among youth.

Thank you for your time and consideration. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Miao.qq94 (talkcontribs)

I'm requesting permission so that I can make appropriate edits to a page based on verifiable sources. The page is the Xbox One page, and the section is "Operating System" under "Software and Services." There's a request for citation for the breakdown of the three operating system. Also, the description could be made clearer for readers to understand the different tasks each OS handles, and how the system uses each. For example, the Host OS is based on Microsoft's Hyper-V hypervisor but stripped down to mostly handle switching between the Shared and Exclusive system partitions. The article might also articulate the resource sharing paradigm used by the system in terms of CPU and RAM utilization. Mike3292 (talk) 02:00, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

(Non-administrator comment) Sorry, but your request probably won't be fulfilled, because we just don't have concrete proof that you were experienced (15000+ edits) before, and that you ever left with WP:VANISH. Also, most of your edits with your new account are to this page alone. smileguy91talk 22:04, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know if Administrators/Bureaucrats/ other high level users have access to old revisions of deleted pages or whether WP stores old data, but I'd be happy to furnish anyone concerned with data to prove that I am an ex-user so they can check and confirm. For the record, I was User:CF38, I had my username changed to User:onevalefan a year or two into the account, and then after utilising WP:VANISH became Vanished user 39948282. You will notice "onevalefan" ties into my current account, with 'Tom Pope' being a footballer for the professional football club Port Vale F.C, and 33 being the amount of goals he scored last season. Administrators will also see that the word "onevalefan" is part of the email I have signed up with on this "tompope33" account. Tompope33 (talk) 22:17, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) I highly stress that I do not believe that you are lying, and do not mean to offend you in any way, but I doubt administrators will give you confirmed status on your say-so unless they have absolute, concrete evidence that you are the former User:CF38 and User:onevalefan. If someone really wanted to impersonate User:onevalefan to get his/her credibility, they could make an email containing "onevalefan" in it. There still, regardless, is no evidence that you are the former User:onevalefan. smileguy91talk 22:38, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: Tompope, I recommend that you read a similar case to yours that was declined by an administrator. link smileguy91talk 22:41, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: Thank you for your concern and posting that link, I totally understand your skepticism over Administrator approval regarding the case I'm putting forth. However, I would say that if I were making this up, finding a vanished users account, going through their contributions to find a username, and then going through the hassle of creating an email containing that username, all so I could get autoconfirmed access 3 days earlier than normal would be a bit mental to say the least. Tompope33 (talk) 23:29, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: Some people are. You never know. But I still highly stress that I am not accusing you of anything; I am just making a point. Also, it's really the administrator's decision on whether you get confirmed; a few more edits and three days' more will bring you to autoconfirmed. Please consider that as an alternative since I'm really skeptical about whether the admin will accept this RFR. Sincere regards, smileguy91talk 02:33, 22 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Not done I don't think so. I've reviewed the edits you have already made and they are pretty much all useless, seemingly done just to try and get your edit count up. Some of them broke formatting, either deliberately or because you just don't care, there's no way you could have thought they were actually helping anything. . You are closer to getting blocked than you are to getting any sort of permissions at all. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:58, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
