sonicKAI & the regs
Hello to all arriva fans. Recording of unofficial records of registration plate numbers can in some (this) cases can be illegal. Im not refering to anyone on here (sonicKAI) but please remove them, I would but its the culprit who should. As for other london buses articles, garage and other addresses are not encylopediable WE ARE NOT A PHONE BOOK. These will also be removed. Other garage information such as its history is OK as long as it dont go into details like In 1100 it was a gravel pit as most history sections in articles with the london buses template do. This references will also be removed. Admins will be notified if are replaced back. Please take this warning into account. Lenny 14:40, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Against removal of garage information
I think detail like: "In 1100 it was a gravel pit" should be kept on as it may be useful if you are researching in detail a specific garage. (Arriva436 19:41, 29 October 2006 (UTC)) - though I haven't put any of this information on myself.
Grays Garage
The Grays garage of Arriva is NOT managed by Arriva Southend, i am not sure where it is managed, i have changed this to Grays for the time being but if anyone knows where it is managed could they please correct it. Xp132476 16:18, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Arriva (logo).gif
Image:Arriva (logo).gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:54, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Images?
Does anyone have a good photograph of a Fastrack bus that they would be willing to contribute? David Arthur (talk) 19:58, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, I haven't but does anyone else think Fastrack section would be better in a seperate article, now it has got so big? Arriva436 (talk) 11:11, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
- I agree. In fact, I’ve been meaning to split it out myself; I’ve been making an SVG map, and that’s why I was asking after photographs. After all, Arriva are contracted to run the service, but they aren’t its owners or originators. David Arthur (talk) 16:34, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:Fastrack logo.png
The image File:Fastrack logo.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --13:46, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

Arriva Kent & Sussex
Why does this redirect here? It's bigger and more notable than most of the other parts of Arriva Southern Counties, so it should really have its own article. And if a redirect is the best we can manage, wouldn't Maidstone & District Motor Services be a more helpful one as this is about the company which Arriva Kent & Sussex evolved from, rather than a generic grouping of a lot of current operations with few specifics? Alzarian16 (talk) 20:00, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- Not sure I agree that as Kent & Sussex is biggest it's most notable. Kent & Sussex is part of the main operating area of Arriva Southern Counties, so along with Medway Towns, I'd say it was less notable. Arriva Southend is separate and has various bits of history, having originally been part of Arriva Shires & Essex. Arriva Guildford & West Surrey is also isolated from the rest of SC, and makes it more notable on its own (and its history ties in more with London & Country - plenty of which is now Arriva London), than anything else. New Enterprise is obviously different too.
- Still, I think that Kent & Sussex could warrant its own article. I'm sure enough can be found about it to make it a good article. I wouldn't say we do have to have a redirect. Mind you, I think if it stays as a redirect, it would have to continue redirecting to Arriva Southern Counties, as going to Maidstone & District would be misleading - we should go to the present situation, not the past.
- In terms of sub articles, Kent & Sussex and Medway Towns could have their own articles. Guildford & West Surrey and Southend are good articles, Kent Thameside could probably do with some tarting up though. Arriva436talk/contribs 22:28, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
Depot Information
Would it be feasible that depot and bus information for depots be implemented on this page, such like the main TfL bus companies? Rather than just a general fleetlist, an up-to-date system like the TfL company pages would provide a detailed explanation of what's where. --Tommietomato (talk) 13:14, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
Fleet
List of bus types fails WP:ORIGINAL. It also has errors. Please do not WP:EDITWAR without a correct cite User:Davey2010. User 202.146.15.12 (talk) 22:18, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
- Until it's fixed, You'll then find another pointless fault .... Here's a tip .... WP:FIXIT!, For the record quit stalking/following me!, I'm sure you (and I) have far more productive things to do then edit war and reverting, Thanks! →Davey2010→→Talk to me!→ 04:15, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- As [1] demonstrates, there are errors with the list, hence why it needs to be cited. There may well be other errors which bring the integrity of the article into question. Simple answer is to find a valid cite (there is one, will leave for you to find) or delete. User 202.146.15.12 (talk) 04:26, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
