XOX Berhad(MYX: 0165), DBA XOX, is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Malaysia, it is the first and only public listed MVNO in Malaysia. It uses the Celcom 2G and 3G network and was allocated the mobile number prefix of 010 by the MCMC. In year 2013, XOX launches XOX-Lifestyle, a business mobile plan.

2014

In January 2014, it launches it's SIM-FREE mobile number service called XOX-Voopee which shorten as Voopee. Voopee allows smartphones user with Andorid OS and iOS download it's Voopee Application, to have a second mobile number without a SIM card needed. Voopee is currently available in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Japan, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, China and Taiwan. Voopee will soon be available in Europe, United States and coming soon to Sweden using the e-horizon.[2]
