La Redoute is the largest mail order company in France. The company is based in Roubaix.

History

La Redoute was founded in 1875. It was owned by Kering until June 2014, when it was sold to its managers. Kering had been known as PPR holding company until 2013, when it was renamed. PPR was the acronym of "Pinault-Printemps-Redoute", the "R" in the acronym referring to La Redoute.
