Before making a request here, you should be aware that your account only needs to exist for four days and make ten edits and it will be automatically confirmed. Since the bar for automatic confirmation is deliberately quite low the vast majority of requests here are denied. Unless you are requesting confirmation for a legitimate alternate account your request will almost certainly be denied. Alternatives are presented below:
Are you here to solely upload an image? Please make a request at Files for upload for non-free images or use the same username and password you have here to upload free images at Wikimedia Commons.
Are you here because you want to edit a page, but the page is protected from editing? With no track record for your account there is no basis for knowing if we should confirm you early. 95% of Wikipedia articles are not protected, so you can dive right into those or use {{edit protected}} to request edits on the article's talk page
Sorry, as I was the new user. I had thought that requested move can be performed only by a confirmed user. I am able to do the RM. I do not need any confirmation. Thanks for your time.AVINHSN (talk) 18:14, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Not done No problem. You will automatically be confirmed within 24 hours anyway. — MusikAnimaltalk 20:42, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi,I am the alternate account ofUser:ABCDEFAD. I would like confirmed rights because I'm too lazy to hit the autoconfirmed thresholds. Mind giving it to me? ABCDEFAD(alt) (talk) 22:08, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This is my alternate account.--ABCDEFAD✉ 22:10, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
We are a school and the wrong crest for our school is on the Wikipedia listing us (St Patrick's College, Shorncliffe). We want to be able to upload our crest file to correct this. No need for us to make edits to other pages etc. Checking our website would verify that the crest on Wikipedia is wrong. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stpatrickscollege (talk • contribs)
