Webbed front feet? also Subspecies

The article seems to imply that only the back paws on the desman are webbed. Are not its front paws webbed too? It looks like they are on video and pictures http://www.arkive.org/pyrenean-desman/galemys-pyrenaicus/video-00.html This video at about 1:10 for example.

Also the subspecies in the map aren't explained in the text.
