Almost certainly inaccurate

"There is a legend – with variations – about the discovery of cheese by an Arab trader who used this method of storing milk." Earlier, the section says cheese may have already been discovered 10.000 years ago. Now I'm no expert on Arabs but I'm willing to bet all I have that they're not 10.000 years old.
